Private drop off
Facilitated just outside the main gate of the Gold Coast Performance Centre.
- Visiting teachers to be available for first parent drop off (suggest being clear with parents for expectations for drop off time)
- Instruct parents to park at the carpark to the left that’s just outside the main gate of the Gold Coast Performance Centre.
- Wait with students on the footpath and Runaway Bay Sports & Leadership Excellence Centre staff will be on-hand to walk the group through to the facility at the allocated time.
Private pick up
Facilitated in the same location as private drop offs (outside the main gate).
- Suggest allocating pick up time 15 minutes before the identified finish time of the program.
- Instruct parents to park in the carpark to the left that’s just outside the main gate of the Gold Coast Performance Centre.
- The group will be brought to the pick-up location as one and students will need to wait until their parents have found a park before going to their car.
